One app, three roles

Wasl connects the whole delivery in real time. The office runs a live dispatcher board; each driver carries a run-sheet on their phone; and the customer watches their order approach on a map — with the driver gliding along real Kuwait roads.

Live dispatcher board

Orders flow across New → En route → Done columns and update instantly across every open screen — no refresh.

Driver run-sheet

Each driver gets a phone-first job list: pick up, navigate, call the customer, and mark delivered or failed — one tap each.

Road-true routing

Routes snap to the real street network (OSRM), so the map line and the ETA reflect how the van actually drives — not a straight line.

Proof of delivery

The driver captures an on-screen signature at the door; it posts straight to the board so the office has a record instantly.

Customer ETA page

A shareable link shows the customer a live map, a countdown, and a status timeline — from “received” to “delivered”.

Cash-on-delivery settlement

Kuwait runs on COD. Wasl tallies each driver’s collected cash and settles the end-of-day variance to the fils.

The real app, in Arabic

Wasl is Arabic-first and right-to-left by design — these are live screens from the running app, seeded with simulated Kuwait deliveries.

Run the board yourself

A simplified taste of the dispatcher’s job: assign an order to a free driver, watch it move, and settle the cash. (Shown in English here; the real app is Arabic — see the screenshots above.)
